These are SO fun for introducing basic vocabulary on a variety of topics. The books are differentiated by level, so the First Hundred Words in Spanish is ideal for 3+. Once they have those under their belt, the First Thousand Words in Spanish book is the next step up for ages 5+!

Mi Primer Libro de…
There are two titles available in this series: Mi primer libro sobre el espacio and Mi primer libro sobre el cuerpo humano which are great for ages 5+. These books also pair well with our Llamitas Spanish “El espacio” (Level 1, Unit 12) and “El cuerpo humano” (Level 3, Unit 5) thematic units.
Cuenta un cuento (Tell a Story)
If you’re looking for something a little different, this interactive book is a fun option for bilingual kids who love to use their imagination. Readers choose their characters, settings, and adventures to create their own story. This makes an excellent choice for elementary age Spanish learners.
