FAQ
What is a “group setting”?
A group setting is when two or more families come together to use the materials. It is when the materials are used with students outside the purchaser’s immediate family.
What if I teach multiple groups?
Licenses are based on group sizes. Not on how many students you have in total. For example, if you teach two groups, but each group has 10 students (20 students total), you can purchase the $99 tier since your group size falls under the 1-10 category.
However, if you have a group that exceeds 10 students, (more common in a traditional school setting) we do require you to purchase the $250 license.
Is the license renewed annually?
No. We offer one-time payments for each level to provide outstanding value for groups.
Can I order my students printed sets?
Yes. You can find the links to order the printed sets in the course library. Instructions can also be found here in this video. For the binder, and levels 1-3 the cost is $50 per student (per printed set). Level 4 is $70 per student (per printed set). The original purchaser should place the order on behalf of their group.
Shipping is a flat-rate of $9.95, again helping keep costs low for you.
Can I send the materials home for them to complete outside of class time?
Students are welcome to take the books home for storage until the next class (to save you as the teacher from storing them). However, students cannot be assigned lessons to complete at home, since lessons must be completed with you during class time. In addition, many of the lessons require songs and audios that are in the course library, which cannot be shared. If students want to complete lessons at home, they would need to purchase their own digital access in our shop.
Can I share my Course login with the group?
No. This is against our legal terms and conditions. You can facilitate the lessons during class time only. If the student wishes to use the materials at home, or access the course, they should purchase their own digital access in our shop.
Here’s a video that explains our legal terms in more detail.
Is this license for all courses? Can I buy once for multiple courses?
No. Each level requires an extended license. You select the level at the time of purchasing. This allows us to be fairly compensated for our materials, while still providing excellent value for group settings.
What happens if I need to change license tiers?
If you purchase the $99 tier (up to 10 students) and later your group exceeds 10 students, you will need to purchase the $250 license for 10+ students.
These two licenses are priced separately, so the $99 payment wouldn’t be applied toward the $250 tier if you upgrade later.
If you anticipate needing access for more than 10 students, it often makes more sense to go directly with the $250 license upfront—it offers more flexibility and avoids paying for two separate tiers.
