Shipping Fees and Processing Times

We offer flat rate domestic ground shipping for $9.95 per order or $19.95 for expedited shipping.

Processing is an average of 1-3 business days at the warehouse. We pack each order with love- thank you for your patience!

Shipping takes an additional 5-10 days on average for ground shipping, and 2-3 days on average for expedited shipping. Please note that shipping delays due to weather or carrier disruptions are outside of our control. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, we strongly recommend choosing Expedited Shipping.

Accessing the Digital Products

All customers receive access to the Llamitas Spanish® Course Library. This is where you can download lesson PDFS, access audio playlists and additional resources. After checkout, you will receive an email to setup a password which you must use to login to your account, and access your Course Library.

Return Policy:

Because most returned curriculum materials are received in damaged or opened condition, we enforce a strict return and refund policy. We strongly encourage you to review the available sample pages in our Freebie Library, and take the placement quiz to determine whether the curriculum meets your needs before making a purchase.

Digital Products and Courses

Due to the digital nature (immediate downloads) of our curriculum courses, all sales of digital course fees are final. No refunds will be issued. We cannot make exceptions because we cannot retrieve the digital files.

Our checkout pages do require that you check a box to agree to these legal terms and conditions before submitting your order.

Return Policy: Physical Products

If you would like to make a return of physical products, please email info@llamitasspanish.com so we can verify if you order qualifies for a return. All approved returns will be handled in accordance with the return policy outlined below, and returned items cannot be shipped back to you.

We offer a 30 day return policy for any printed (shipped) products in your purchase, provided they are unused and in excellent condition. Items must also be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. This includes any plastic wrap and boxes. We cannot resell items that have been removed from their plastic protective sleeves.

After receiving the return, we will issue a refund for the printed portion of the purchase only. Shipping is non refundable.

For example, if you purchased the Printed and Digital Preschool Morning Binder for $97, the printed product value is $50. Whereas, the digital value of $47 is ineligible for a refund. $50 will be refunded provided the product is unopened and in excellent condition.

If you would like to return a printed product, reach out to us at info@llamitasspanish.com for a return shipping label. It is important that we send you the return label, so the items are correctly processed. We cannot process refunds if you don’t use our return label.

If we receive a return outside of the 30 day policy no refund will be issued. 30 days starts from your purchase date (not delivery date).

Damaged Shipment: In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, or issues with delivery, please contact info@llamitasspanish.com

Returned to Sender: If your package is deemed to have an invalid or incomplete address, or deemed ‘unclaimed’ and returned to the warehouse, we will contact you to request a new address. There is an additional shipping fee of $9.95 which will be invoiced to you before the new package is sent out.

Lost Packages: If your package is shown as ‘lost’ by the shipping provider, we will issue a new package free of charge.

If your package shows as ‘delivered’ but you do not have it, you must reach out to us within the 30 day refund policy window in order for us to file a claim for you. We cannot file a claim for you after the 30 day window, as tracking is no longer available to us.

Stolen Packages:We are not liable for stolen packages once delivered.

Missed Sales or Coupons

We cannot offer refunds or validate coupons from missed sales. We do understand the frustration that this can cause because it has happened to all of us. But please be understanding that we cannot make exceptions.

Purchase Orders and ESA Orders

Once purchase orders have been processed, they are non-refundable.

Coupons cannot be redeemed on purchase orders.
