Frequently Asked Questions

To locate your student’s award ID, visit member.merits.com and enter your login credentials. 

Once in your profile, you’ll see a section labeled My Merits

Select the merit named Parent/Guardian Approval.

Inside you will find the details of the award, including Award ID and Expiration Date, as well as the link to the KEEP app where you can submit a claim.

Your order will ship UPS ground and can take an average of 3-7 business days. 

Items will not ship until they have been approved by Kansas KEEP.

Due to the digital nature (immediate downloads) of our curriculum materials, and KEEP Kansas policy, all sales are final. No cash refunds are allowed.

At the end of the quiz we will match you to one of our curricula levels. If we don’t think your child fits any of our curricula levels (this could be due to age / fluency level / or a combo of both), we’ll tell you in the results and provide other recommendations.
